About

IMG_1304I love to bake.

First I was an electronic engineer.  Then I was an associate professor of cognitive psychology/cognitive science.  Now I teach part-time, recipe test, and experiment on my own.  I’ve grown to love many of the other aspects of pastry.  Best of all, I like the people with whom I’ve had the privilege to work or whom I’ve know through doing my pastry.

All my best wishes & thoughts for you.  May you always have something sweet in your mouth as you leave.

My Opa was a baker in Germany. I love reading about it but never was much of one myself… cook a bit better than bake. I love the photos of your creations–they look like they taste heavenly!
